I don't believe fusions are automatically given that benefit of the doubt for stats that aren't AP and Dura on site.
Not to mention Base Nard and Sasuke can swap hands with Base Momo/Kin and Fused Momo (albeit less relativity.), so that gap probably isn't that big

While one can interpret the fusion as momo and kin becoming one entity, so logically it should double the speeds of relative beings however, it’s also possible to interpret that the energy and muscles kinshiki had for speed isn’t fully used for fused momos speed, it could easily be used to amp ap, or amp both ap and speed so we can’t say these two got a traditional addition
being able to somewhat keep up with someone isn’t really a defeater for a 2x speed discrepancy, especially given the manga doesn’t really have that kinda anti feat, the Naruto keeping up with fused momo thing is explicitly him just toying with Naruto

The speed gap from fused Momoshiki to Kinshiki is clearly insane, he was able to blitz the 4 kages that could somewhat keep up with Kinshiki in an instant. If we go by the anime, Base naruto was getting destroyed and he couldn't land any attack, it took sasuke with mangekyo sharingan and SPSM Naruto to overwhelm him.

How does Goku start? Is he on the planet or floating above it? This is important because if he begins on the planet, and we have all Part One Naruto characters working together, figures like Itachi should already be relativistic by that point. That means he could catch early Dragon Ball Goku in Tsukuyomi, And they all work together to seal him ( Reaper death seal maybe).
The Naruto-verse is extremely complex, with a variety of broken hax abilities that can’t simply be overpowered through raw AP alone. To survive, you need resistance to a wide range of abilities genjutsu, soul manipulation, sealing techniques, reality warping and more.
Even in his stronger forms, like Ultra Instinct, Goku might be able to bypass Daemon’s ability, but if he so much as lays eyes on Eida, he instantly becomes her captive. DB focuses more on raw power and speed, while Naruto introduces abilities that ignore conventional stats altogether.
So, if Goku is on the planet from the start he is in deep trouble.
However let's assume he is on the planet,
1. Dragon ball Z Goku solos Part one if he starts moving immediately at FTL
2. Dragon Ball Super Goku
3. Dragon Ball Super Goku
4. He sees Eida and becomes part of the verse.

Do you have the AP to destroy solar systems, Galaxies and even the universe? Come to Naruto and you will be humbled strongly unless you have an overwhelming speed advantage and resistance to genjutsu people like Kurenai will sit you down.

I mean… I see him using a Fire Style in Matsuri’s face to escape that situation. As far as the overall fight, I think Matsuri is gonna be tossing his salad. He’s barely gonna be surviving and when Kawaki/Delta portal in, Kawaki will fight Ryu while Delta goes to aide Konohamaru.

Version 1: somewhere between 22nd Budokai and Namek, only contention being speed as Naruto characters are generally much faster in comparison to their AP proportionately to DB characters (atm I subscribe to the 2% Frieza's laser beams = light speed meta, and this perception blitzes people like Piccolo and Gohan) and have hax which could allow people like Itachi seal the deal, wouldn't matter if you take the whole hax>power DB rule
Between Cell Games Goku and EoZ Goku, might take SSJG Goku if you're really generous
Between Buu Saga Goku and SSJG Goku other than Daemon, with him it's tricky, SSJG Goku would neg if you take power>hax, but Daemon's ability to reflect even without intent when his palms are touching someone kind of stonewalls even UI Goku. So you could say DBS Goku negs everyone else in the verse, then he and Daemon/Eida would survive (idt Eida's charm would be too effective on him given his personality, but it'd also be an issue in addition to the fact that Daemon would probably backpack her) and it's either a stalemate or they outlast if he tries attacking continuously or perhaps Instant Transmission shenanigans could work somehow?
Pretty much the same as R3 for Version 1, and it'd take at least SSJG Goku for Shibai, but you could argue none of his forms for aforementioned hax reasons and Shibai's scaling being pretty vague
