We should get rid of the reasoning for Base Naruto that says “Danzo says Naruto is above his peers, including Rock Lee and Neji” but the thing is that Danzo has info on EVERYONE meaning he knows even the gates and with Danzo saying that it means Base Naruto > Gates Less (any that Lee knew during that time)
