According to the wiki, his AP is that high because he was able to completely overpower both Naruto and Sasuke and should be above the majestic attire: Susano'o which also has small planetary AP.

Yeah that's head cannon. Majestic attire is both their power combine. You have to assume he is 2x stronger than. Which we have no evidence for. Overpowering someone doesn't mean twice as strong

Tbf Kaguya does have an insta kill move via all-killing Ash Bones. If she used that against Isshiki that would be pretty impressive if he survived that.
