Well in fact, i believe that one side is correct didnt make the other wrong. Pretty sure that Madara can be Moon level in Dc and Town level in durability(just a example)

i think the site has made it clear why we have ranked those characters those tiers with supported evidence, i dont see any reason why they would need a downgrade, especially with the vague and debunked Counter suggestion, unless there's more evidence to support the downgrade, i dont agree with this

I agree that we are definitely not going to downgrade Naruto, when he has been calculated to be at his current level.
