I only see a few people disagreeing w/ it but majority agree....also I just wanna say about the databooks....they r meant to ENTICE the READERS. There r trying 2 spice up the characters in the show like how is Ay not lightning speed but he's covered in lightning????

When it comes to the databooks however we have 2 use LOGIC & COMMON SENSE not nitpick on how everything is said in the databooks

Naruto outspeeding A is a relativistic feat. Obvious outlier, since it'd backwards scale to almost everyone.
