Naruto Chakra Aura Shenanigans

Just to add that my proposal isn't exactly something new
We already do something like that when it comes to body flicker
Every ninja gets it as a PnA (even when we never see them do it) but not everyone gets it in their speed rating

A different issue though that certainly should be discussed. I hate the discourse about bf being something every ninja is just doing regularly in battle or will do. Can be easily reworked and isn't as important as this I'd think.

Your issue with application is in vs matches where konohamaru can incap someone with his aura even though he never did that on-screen.
That can be solved with a simple note
