It's listed as unknown but he should be at least hypersonic.

If he is only hypersonic then round 1:Nagato high diff (although it may go the other way)

Round 2: if his speed is still hypersonic then nagato has the advantage and he is likely to win via chibaku tensei and rinnegan combo.

It should be noted that i have little knowledge about dragonball and i'm going by their profile stats.

I think Piccolo would win. Chibaku tensei is powerful sure but it can be destroyed by raw power. the combined attacks of naruto/bee/Itachi were enough to instantly obliterate it so piccolo should have more than enough raw power to do it too.

also nagato even in prime is not very mobile. he is capable of keeping up with fast characters using his abilities but he himself has problems with mobility..basically nagato relies on the rinnegan to get a shared view of the battlefield and anticipate the enemy actions, then he uses his almost instantaneous rinnegan powers to counter..that's how he got bee when bee tried to attack him /save naruto.

after that Itachi did the same thing bee did but used shuriken to blind nagato's extra eyes as he attacked. that left nagato unable to dodge or really react even to his attack (which would have killed him also, if not for undead hax)

Piccolo on the other hand wouldn't need to resort to tactics like that..he could make nagato's extra eyes useless by just firing a barrage of beams everywhere , making giant explosions to create dust,etc...at that point nagato won't be able to react properly to the attacks.
