My problem with flight speed

This is the reason why I'm making this thread. Some characters massively FTL+ flight speed only because they flew somewhere, while some have their all around speed at massively FTL+ for the same thing. Usually we separate flight speed and combat speed. However, a note from the speed page says this: "As such, we have generally assumed that the characters' regular reaction or combat speeds are roughly equivalent to their flight speeds unless this is clearly contradicted." This makes sense. I've yet to see an actual argument that validates narural flight speed >>> combat speed. To simply this, I'll give some examples.

If character A. flies from point A to point B, with regular flight, or no form of amplification, then it should scale to their reflexes.
Explanation: If your combat and reaction speed don’t scale to your flight speed then there’s no possible way you can travel anywhere without crashing or even seeing where you’re going.

Character B uses some kind of automatic flight where he doesn’t need to react to anything and can be taken to his destination no problem.
Explanation: This is when we should separate flight speed and combat speed. When it's either an amp or some kind of autopilot, then they should have different ratings.
