Zhongli scales above 35.41 gigatons to an unknown degree. Zhongli is definitely within one-shot range, but idk if Nagato's Low-Godly will help with that.

As long as Nagato can prevent his Soul from getting Destroyed or Incapped then he has plenty of options at his disposal to get a W.
 
Does Zhongli have a counter to Nagato's soul-steal? If he doesn't then Banshō Ten'in is a pretty big problem as he can just instantly drag Zhongli to him and rip out his soul.
 
Since this is Edo Tensei Nagato the only way Zhongli can beat him is by sealing him away. Chibaku Tensei probably wont work considering Zhongli's Geo powers, however Shinra Tensei should work.

Btw Madara beats Raiden Shogun.

Zhongli has non physical interaction by interacting with souls. Can't he use that? Regardless he has sealing as he sealed many gods during the Archon war and also sealed Azhdaha
 
Does Nagato have counters to his Sealing?, And if Zhongli sees he can't put him down due to his Regen he would opt for it, or pin him with Massive Stone Spears

True, but Nagato can also interact with souls with the Human path although I'm not sure if he has a resistance for that. Sealing would probably work on Nagato though.

Btw would Zhongli really counter Chibaku Tensei with his Earth Manipulation? The Raiden Shogun wasn't able to control other peoples lightning despite having lightning manipulation.

Nvm, apparently artificial Rinnegan like Edo Tensei's aren't able to summon it.

Anyways I think Zhongli has the advantage in the fight since he has better AP and also his shield should be enough to tank most of Nagato's attacks. Not to mention Zhongli has ways to seal Nagato and has soul resistance.
