I don't know.

First though, I want to address the difference in their powers and abilities sections and clear up any misconceptions.

Nyarlathotep is quite capable of doing 90% of that. It's just all covered under its reality warping, omnipresence and nigh-omniscience.

Only things I see as something it can't inherently do are things like Gungnir.
