My Little Pony Slight Tiering Revision

There's another Tier 7-ish feat in "Dragonshy"

A dragons snores were capable of violently shaking a massive mountain that towered over snowcapped Mountains (which average at 4.5k meters in height). I recall Rainbow Dash was capable of briefly resisting his much louder and more focused yells. Could be something.

He did solo them, but Dash was still able to briefly resist an attack which should be superior to his snores, which is why I think they should somewhat scale. Obviously, completely scaling them to Dragons is a bit much.

@Ant, aight.

People have just generally accepted it has Town Level but I've been asking for it to be scaled for a while now so that would be good. The Maud feat is also a good feat that scales and I like it, though I think Maud is pretty clearly above any non-Twilight Mane 6 member.

Hence why I still said it scales. I do think Maud is in the same general tier of power, but just...higher up on the tier, similar to Shining Armor.

So, seems like everyone's okay with High 7-C Mane Six + Other powerful characters. Given theirs a few other feats on that same general level (mostly in the Low 7-C - 7-C range but still), I think we can start revising profiles.

I think that the calculation was accepted by a former calc group member, so yes, that should work.
