Wasn't Koichi 19 at the start of the series while Pop was already in High School? She should at worst be 15 at series start. Then the 3 year timeskip in Vigilante should make them 23 and 18 respectively... Which is perfectly fine...

Armored All Might, who previously couldn't harm at all AFO with a punch, was later able to punch through his throat when AFO became younger.
AFO goes from withstanding attacks from Gigantomachia and Light of Baldur Dark Shadow, to being easily injured by Armored All Might and Bakugo, the latter AFO even admits that is weaker than the opponents he has fought before.

In Chapter 409, on the fifth double page spread, AFO says...
"Something's off! My Quirk Factors aren't mingling properly. How could these mere fireworks be tearing them apart? Because my body's grown too young? Too delicate?!"
AFO states his body being young made it delicate. After he starts regressing below his prime, his body becomes more and more fragile.

That depiction of Iron Deku is just too good. This is Grade A profile material (unlike his Post-Final War Embers image, not that he shows up like that much at all). I hope this suit is stated to make him nearly as powerful as he was. He deserves the power, because that power is kickass and he worked hard for it.

Pop☆Step's song was uploaded onto Youtube. I loved the song in the episode so it's nice to hear it without any of the background noise. However, there's a bit of narrative dissonance here. Koichi states Pop's singing was unimpressive. In fact, in the manga's translation, Koichi straight up says she sucks.
I can only assume Koichi is tone deaf in the anime, since her singing is actually amazing.

Me personally I'm kind of hoping for even just a little bit of info on how much stronger everyone has gotten after the timeskip to being adults now. They were getting insanely cracked with just a year of training so imagine the next two years on top of that plus whatever gains they had as Pros.

I somehow got into a 3 day long argument about whether or not Deku went 100% against Shigaraki in the final arc and it’s all because he didn’t have blue lightning. Since when was blue lightning even the deciding factor.
