In My Hero Academia Chapter 10, Izuku withstands an explosion from Katsuki. I'll be calculating the yield of this.

Calculation​

Izuku height = 166cm (324.62px)

Explosion diameter = 162cm (318.50px)

Explosion radius = 81cm

We'll be using the air blast explosion formula where Y = ((x/0.28)^3)/1000 with Y in megatons of TNT and x the radius in km.

Yield = (0.00081/0.28)^3)/1000 = 101.291414136 Kilojoules

Final Tally​

Base Izuku durability: 101.291414136 Kilojoules or Wall level.

This is kinda unnecessary he already has a durability rating in UA beginnings although this could be helpful for specific arcs in vs threads

Bakugo’s smaller explosions don’t work like this generally. He can harm building level characters with explosions that large, so the calc isn’t necessary.

Building level Deku is a joke. Just because he said that 5% is a "Small increase in power" doesn't justify backscaling himself and every other character in the series to 8-C just because he has that one statement.

Right now literally every single 1-A Student except for Mineta and Toru.
