Yeah, but he's gonna get effected. His resistance isn't potent enough and his brand of chaos is nothing compared to what Cthulhu is. Discord's chaos can be visualized by the human mind, Cthulhu's is so weird that it can't. No matter how you slice it, Cthulhu passives and leaves Discord comatose.
