My CRT draft was deleted?

I had a draft saved for a CRT i was going to make, and all of a sudden it's gone. I typed a lot of stuff in it so i'm pretty dissapointed, what happened??

I think you should be able to check the history of all the changes and so you should be able tk see at what point the things got delated

Always keep your drafts saved on another program, be it Word, Google Docs or otherwise, because yeah if you update the site and didn't save again, it can get deleted

This also happened to me once and it wasn't even too long ago. Mutual feelings, buddy, though I think a system warning message saying your draft won't be saved can be a very good solution.

I usually just post my drafts in the sandbox section no one can see it and it saves.

Here is what our system manager told me about this issue:

"We had an entire Sandbox section for this. I don't know what happened, but I don't think anything can be done. He might have hit page reload or closed it. Not sure, though.

It is not supposed to happen; he must have done something that caused the content to be lost."

I had it saved for a couple of days, so I guess the site updated or something and it got deleted. That's what I figure at least. I'll be using sandboxes from now on.

drafts that is not saved in sandbox and just left as draft is saved within your browsers as datafiles and the website simply reads them back to load them
your browser probably had a dump cleaning and erased it.
