Munchkin VsBattles

A variant of Munchkin card game about VsBattles and related projects. Does it already exist or we have to make one? Such as:

• Monsters would be popular or infamous characters - like Superman, Goku, Barney The Dinosaur, Ditto or Mr Burns.
• Some cards would be based on common VsB wordings. Like "...Higher with piercing" card which upgrades the weapon - or "...Possibly Higher"/"...Likely Higher"/"...At Least" which buff monster - or "Comparable To"/"Speed Equalized" which equalizes player's and monster's power level - or "Unknown" which scrambles monster's statblock (think "Without Documents" card from Russian Munchkin).
• Levels would be Tiers. That is - Level 0 is Tier 10, and Level 10 is Tier 0. Thus justifying the rush to level 10.
• Many VsB memes could be implemented. Like "Lasers!" or "It comes to whoever has more tons of TNT".
• And so on and so forth.
