MUGEN Question

Would it be okay to use Kung Fu Man as a baseline for standard MUGEN fighters? He’s in all builds of the engine by default, and the wiki usually accepts scaling game mods to the actual game.

The dude also has a calculation for two of his feats that haven’t been accepted yet. Just wanted to bring that up.

I haven't played MUGEN in ages but this seems fine, but what sort of characters would ths wiki accept, would the wiki accept extremely cheap characters that kill their enemies in one hit, or mugen versions of existing characters?
