Forgot to check her second key. Even then, G&W still has an almost double speed advantage and has a variety of abilities such as flight, duplication, resurrection and the Number Pad to get the win.

A barely 2x advantage isnt really all that much and Ruby's semblance would even it out

Ressurection is only a limited number of times
The Number Pad is entirely chance-based and ruby has more than enough range and mobility to keep out of its reach

The Number Pad has 8 chances out of 9 to land a one-shot hit. It's more than enough.
Also it's not like G&W is purely a melee fighter, he has access to bombs, a Tomahawk, the ability to breath balls at her and laser beams via the Master Sword. Plus a shield to block incoming projectiles.
Ruby would need to be able to kill someone initially faster than her twice twice, who can dodge her projectiles, all before he lands a 2 or higher hit with the Number Pad.

The range doesn't matter unless Ruby decides to snipe from afar, which would null your argument of her blitzing at melee range. Can't have both at the same time. And her being afar just gives G&W more opportunities to dodge, block or deflect her projectiles.
And again, she would have to avoid pretty much any hit at all in order to survive long enough for that.
Also isn't Ruby's flight just dashing mid-air? G&W can just hover in the air indefinitely.

Its very much in character dor Ruby to snipe from afar, as much as it is for her to blitz melee range with her semblance. And again trying to blpck her projectiles gets him set on fire, frozen, or stunned with an aoe elemwntal explosion.
She has the ability to split into multiplw clouds of rose petals specifically so she can dodge projectiles with her semblance so yes she would be able to survive long enough for that

Saikou's reasoning is based partially off of an inaccurate representation of what he thinks ruby can do

I'm with Weekly on this one.
If her Semblance truly did allow her to blitz someone who was at least twice as fast as her, then that combined with her better combat experience, longer melee and projectile range, and other abilities that G&W doesn't have experience in dealing with should give her the win.
