Mr broken fear vs anybody

So if you don`t know Naughty Bear has fear hax which is powerful enough to make regular bears, army/police/swat bears, ninjas, zombies, robots, vampires, superheroes, pirates, literal undead gods, all kill themselves, so basically he is very scary. but what i wanna know is what characters could resist or just beat/survive Naughty`s fear hax and the characters that can`t

For Example: Naughty would be able kill/scare a robot as he was able to make R0B0-B34R-PR1M3 kill themselves even though they were a robot and Naughty wouldn`t be able to kill/scare the Terrarian as the terrarian was able to stare at the moon lord without any side-effects and he was able to kill the Wall Of Flesh who was able to make the terrarian instantly die if he teleports away

So i hope thats clear and so who could Naughty scare and who couldn`t Naughty scare?

Anyone who doesn't resist his mindhax

Who he couldn't scare:

Anyone who resists decent mindhax, Ikki Kurogane, fatehax users like Yogiri and Ness who flat out prevent it from happening via fate, and anyone who is 4-D to Beyond Dimensional
