Ok. So since bloodlusted. Durability matters not. Since both would go for the one shot.

So imma give it to Bean since his Luck is based on him just being there. He has luck both protecting him and harming others. And Lep only has one harming others. So it's really just who gets lucky first. And who has better range. Even if we assume range is about the same, Mr. Bean from the looks as his luck is both an aggressive one, and a passive protector. Which gives him an edge to win our more times than lose

But how does he stop the Lep from just cursing him as soon as the fight starts? It isn't a verbal spell or anything.

Shooting him for one. Also, The luck of his own counter acting each other. Remember that bean doesn't just cause bad luck. He is protected supernaturally. Really, his luck just counters the effects Leps bad luck gives off. It almost puts them on even grounds until you consider Mr. Bean can also give off bad luck. Giving him a small edge.

It isn't an easy win for either. The real look on this fight is just who busts the lucky shot in. And as I brought up. Beans got both ends of luck helping him. So he should be able to take it a bit more than Lap does just because of his good luck having and bad luck giving. The curse would most likely just be countered. Making Mr. Bean sick may be possible. But it would have to be pretty strong considering the man has down several bottles of medicine and didn't overdose or feel any effects. Ate several pieces of raw food including fish that should have made him heabolt sick, and potentially fatal. Ate an M&M that fell into someone's Body. As inside their chest during surgery. So Mr bean likely isn't going down that way. And death isn't gonna help cause it's countered since Mr Bean has protection against death. So all it does it counter Leps luck with his own. And he still has bad luck he can give off

Think about it like this. Who Gets luckier more often?

The Man who can give off Bad luck to cause diseases, death, and just bad luck

Or the Man who has Good luck that protects him from harm, who has extremely high resistance to diseases, and Bad luck to those who just are around him?

The man at the bottom has Luck to match giving off bad luck. And counter some luck factors too. All done just by being there. So he should realistically win a bit more times. Which is why Mr. Bean FTW.

Still, the curse isn't a projectile so it isn't like the lep will hit himself. Plus if MB gets cursed and Lep is bloodlusted, he may just make MB die on the spot.

It isn't him hitting himself I'm saying. I'm saying his super natural good luck would counter the bad luck. And his natural resistance will also help counter as well.

And remember Mr Bean gives bad luck too. And isn't projectile either. So both will give off bad luck. One just had a natural immunity and counter to it. Nothing stops him from gunning him down or arrow to the head too.

He has resistance to diseases but not death, and good luck only counteracts bad luck, I am not sure if it counter acts accidents.

He has protection from death. Super natural luck helps protect him from getting killed. It protects him from harm, accident or not. its just him being protected.

Counters bad luck with good luck. Accident or not.

Has Bad luck power of his own to give off to others as well.

And counters diseases. Via natural immunity.
