Moving too fast for the Spider-Sense?

So I'm working on stuff for Dracula since his profile is not too great, and I was wondering about a certain feat of his. Considering that Spider-Man has relativistic reactions via his spider-sense, would Dracula attacking him so fast that the spider-sense couldn't pick up on it in time (Spider-Man Team-Up Vol 1 6) count as relativistic combat speed for him?
