Mountain level's Dragon Battle Royal!!!.

Of course it doesn't provide extra damage it simply nullifies certain abilities, but the attack potency doesn't change at all.
 
Issei takes the cake I guess via attack reflection, Ascalon, Divide, and the fact he is already used to fighting someone who exploits his weakness.

Does he have a way to bypass both Tatsumi and Greymon RE?

I'm starting to think that this looks more like "Issei Vs everyone" rather than "Free for all".
 
To be honest man, it's really hard to say who's going to win.

As for Tatsumi and Greymon RE, Issei does have Ascalon which is Dragon Slayer sword which should be enough to kill them before they became immune to it.

Don't worry, its more for a entertaining purporse rather than a official battle (In the way of being actually added).
 
Now that I think about it, all these char is pretty much on par with each other. So I think the guy with the most stamina and endurance is going to take the cake.
 
Yeah, pretty much each one is weak to each other, but they have the same advantage....
