Morgoth (Prime) vs Teridax (Great Spirit Robot)

At this point you are right, Morgoth is too fast for Teridax but I think his power of slowness and his dodge power could be effective against the speed of Morgoth but i'm not sure...

Oh okay. Teridax has definitely no chances to win against Morgoth at his strongest, but I still think that Teridax (base form of course) could at least challenge Sauron in his physical form and maybe defeat him.
