Morganthe (Wizard101) vs The Queen (OFF)

They're the same tier and just recently got revisions. Also, magic user antagonist fight.
Battle starts at a distance of 1000 meters in, um... whereever this is I guess. In-character, all standard equipment/means of victory and stuff, speed equalized because it's unknown yet again.

So who wins, Shadow Quee or... Not-Really-Shadowy Quee? Stating your reasoning would be appreciated, as it is necessary to your vote counting.

This is really close, but Im gonna give it to Morganthe due to having more combat experience and seems to be all around more skillful.

There Power Levels seem to be about the same with Morganthe having an advantage in intelligence and versatility. As such I will give it to Morganthe.
