Mordekaiser vs Shao Kahn

What does mordekaiser do in character most of the time? Shao Kahn's soul hax doesn't seem like it'll work given Mordy's soul capacity.

Shao's soulhax is in the billions range so it will work, but I don't see how he's going through that immortality.

Morde soulhaxes and bfrs to the death realm in-character

Morde's first move is to control the enemy's soul, the potency is on the millions as well. He can straight up transmute a soul into in animate metal which is a way he can get last resistance to soul hax. After that is BFR to death realm where they get passively EE'd.

I assume destroying Mordekaiser's armor is something pretty easy to do or is there a requirement to do so?

Its just normal destruction, though of course you still have to get past his forcefields and abilities.

so Kahn has a chance. This looks like it's in Mordy's favor. Soul haxing won't mean much since his armor would bring him back, and the soul stock he has could slow down the progress, though BFR'ing Kahn to get EE'd seems far likelier to happen than Kahn aiming for his armor of all places.
