By that, we know that Special Tree is the key of Nixon having Nigh-Omniscience by mimicking the nature of Horned Serpent Metastructure. The Horned Serpent which is generates the Special Tree should be having Omniscience on better scale than Nixon.

Agree with Nigh-Omniscience for Nixon, disagree with full Omniscience for the Horned Serpent. Just because the Horned Serpent is superior to its substituent special trees, does not mean it inherently has a higher level of omniscience with them. The best we can say is it's just better nigh-omniscience.
