Monster Point Chopper revision

When Franky in Monster Point Chopper's body went nuts, he was so strong that Luffy felt that he needed Gear 3rd to take him down, implying that Monster Point Chopper post-timeskip was above Gear 2nd (which is 122.596 megatons).

So simply, I propose that Monster Point Chopper post-timeskip be upgraded to the same 7-A scaling as Gear 2nd due to being implied to be above it due to Luffy viewing Gear 3rd as being the best solution to take him down.
