and Luffy has a vast variety of attacks, and range and can become stronger as the fight goes on

Ruby can still hurt Luffy using slash attacks or elemental bullets, and can take a lot of hits thanks to her Aura

for skill well Ruby has a long scaling chain, but Luffy is no joke on skill either having taken lots of opponents skilled and different abilities
