If King Piccolo fast enough to shoot ki blast,he win easily.

Whithout gear 4, luffy isn't capable of defeating King Piccolo. Piccolo's attacks are capable of hearting the "ruber man", he is faster and sronger. Also with the gear 4 it would be other story, but these time I ight giv the win to King Piccolo

But isn't Fishman Island Luffy the same as current Luffy? Nothing's changed since Fishman Island and the present Zou other than the revelation he has another Gear form. If you said without Fourth Gear, I'd give it to King Piccolo with marginal difficulty. But since it's Fishman Island Luffy with Fourth Gear tucked away, Luffy takes this.

I think it's current Luffy but he isn't allowed to use Gear Fourth period.
