Monkey D. Garp, Powers and Abilities listed on the Categories

Extrasensory Perception Users, Precognition Users and Statistics Amplification Users, are listed on categories but not in the powers and abilities section. Does he have these abilities?

Yes, he does via Haki. It just that we don't add all the abilities provided by Haki to the profiles and just leave a simiple "Haki User" to the profiles

This is why I think that haki abilites should be added with a tabber.
