What supports that Old Garp is as Strong as in his Prime? Why is that on his profile? Garp should get downgraded back to High 7-A he wasn't even able to one tap Marco (marco regenerated but still theres nothing that supports Garp is as strong as in his prime theres also a statement that he said himself he got weaker.

I disagree as well.

Even if he stated himself that he got weaker, without evidence on by how much it can't really be used as a solid reason to downgrade him especially given the evidence Tempest posted regarding their strength. Him not one hit destroying Marco isn't an anti feat given nothing suggests he put all of his power in to that punch unless he stated he did?.

I completely forgot Marco was upgraded to 6-B as well...

You can just argue he got lower in AP. Marco is at 14 teratons, but Prime Garp matched Roger who is 26 teratons. That shows he got weaker too, but you don't get hundreds of thousands of times weaker due to age lmao.

The "declining strength" seems to be phenomenon that only applies from that point in time, that does not prove he is weaker then his past self.
Even then it would at best slightly downscale his scaling chain in same tier he is now, hell not even that much, not shoot him down so low to High7A.
Disagree with downgrade, especially when King Tempest provided contrary proof.
