because this is was a fight that happened in my RWBY x Dragon ball crossover what if.

Speed is = and both are large building level and both are fighting on the same waterfall blake and yang vs Adam took place and Adam thinks this is Bann so he will be attacking out of anger (basically bloodlusted)

So At least Large Building level+ vs At least Large Building level, possibly Moon level (Fought on par with Tien)? Or which key of goku we using?

well voting the fake monkey😤 because of his Reactive Power Level which will probably make him stronger then Adam as well as More skilled... Able to adapt to opponents quite easily, Enhanced Senses and Ki Sensing (Can locate others by reading their ki) also Supernatural Willpower, better Endurance and Stamina

Need more feats from Adam tho

Goku's RPL isnt combat applicable for this version, only for DBS Goku

Adam scales in skill to people like Velvet Scarlatina who can perfectly copy and utilize other people's fighting styles at a glance and utilize dozens of fighting styles simultaneously including using their weapons perfectly

Adam has enhanced senses and esp as well, he literally fights blindfolded by sensing people's auras/life forces

On top of this Adam has a really good damage soak and AP amp that let's him basically null incoming damage through his weapon and use it to increase his own ap exponentially

Reactive Power Level (As a Saiyan, Goku grows stronger every time he fights and can become stronger in the midst of combat, vastly increasing in strength whenever he is mortally injured)

Bad skill feat. Goku uses unpredictable fighting style and even with his tail, he even use his pole effectively which can increase and decrease in size. Goku can also copy ki-based techniques by just seeing them once and goku has a massive range advantage he can utilize with.

Which he won't be able to land because of Goku's Range, Better Senses, Probably better Acrobatics and many ways to move out of the way like using the pole or Nimbus cloud.

Not really sure why senses are such a big point of contention when neither of them use stealth as a tactic...

Again, can you show where its in-character for this version of Goku to immediately opt for range spamming his opponent to death? And i still dont see why senses of all things are a major factor in your argument. Everyone in RWBY has borderline flight with their acrobatics and can pull off moves that would snap irl acrobats in half. Meanwhile every attack that Goku attempts to land will be charging Adam's semblance, which when fully charged can oneshot Goku, and Adam has multiple means of crossing the gap if goku tries to range spam him whil also noping his ranged attacks with his weapon.

You do know that better sensing = easier to dodge, predict and hit. Since speed is equalized it’s even more of a factor

Goku uses Kamehameha alot in character

I don't know much about adam, his AP should be at least around less than 2x Goku's (Goku is 3.7 tons adam is large building+ so at least 6.5 tons), adam has lifting strength advantage and has 2 stat amps to AP, also minor regeneration. Goku is more skilled, and has far better range and stamina, he also has hax likwe reactive power level which kind of counters the AP advantage, better senses, flight with nimbus, resistance to heat. adams aura thing has a weakness where it gets weaker and depletes when he fights so Goku's better stamina means that he should outlast, so I'm voting Goku high difficulty.
 
However Adams semblance is a massive treat to Goku

He can just block his punches, kicks, ki attacks with his sword and absorb it all and store it all in his sword for one masive attack where he fires out all the stored energy and multiply that by two times, just like what he did with yang

Goku may figure that out, and he can disarm which is totally valid seeing the skill advantage and that adam can only use that technique through his sword.

You said Adam has better lifting strength so how exactly will Goku disarm him? Also it took Yang's semblance that stored multiple of Adams attacks and even stored Adams own semblance then multipled all of the combined joules form all of those attacks just to knock his aura down after a long fight with two people, so it will take A LOT to break his aura
 
Adam has a grip on his sword so it would be super unlikely for him to be disarmed

Also when when disarmed he can still use his gun to get back his sword via better lifting strength
