Ok first of Janet can't one-shot someone with Low 2-C duration unless death Manip or OHK or some shot like that.

To be above baseline Low 2-C, you have to be 2-C, no doubt about it.

Low 2-C is one 4-D universe which is a degree of infinity.

4-D is a degree of infinity because it's time and in time there are infinite past, present and futures.

Simply put to be above infinity you'll have to infinity^2 which is 2-C since A 4-D universe^2 is two universes.

Yes there is infinity^1.5 but we need at least a 5x AP and Durability gap to one-shot.
