Also, empowerment is only when You give powers to others, trough he should still have It from beingh the one who made the human evolution possible, having It's powers drawn from people wishes should be or absorption (feeds on people wishes to have It's powers) or just be on It's weaknesses sinse if he is somehow cutted from the wishes he is powerless

Empowerment is you getting stronger by a outside forces. Like:

Akanin became stronger as Mônica acts angry and hurts others;
Black Fire became stronger when its night;
etc.
 
If the entire timeline is rewritten, it can be low 2-C. If not, it'll be limited to the degree of what was manipulated by the ability.

The information we have is that he altered the of reality to erase Mônica to the point where she didn't even exist in the past, and reality was "bugged"

So its Low 2-C, or just High 3-A?

Yes, the entire time line was altered to the point monica never existed, only things that envolved her and cebolinha stayed thanks to cebolinha supernatural willpower overpowering It's reality warping... somehow

Well, to get Low 2-C you need affect the entire past, present and future of 3-dimensional universal-sized space

We know that he affected the present and a part of the past (We don't know If he affect the entire past or the future)

Hum... we have no way to confirm the future part, the past we have a ant feat that is cebolinha drawings still existing and but everything else points that the past was altered as well sinse this is part of cebolinha eish of "monica don't existing" we have 0 proof of future... I guess this is just high 3-A +? Sinse to be a low 2-C you need to affect the time like It's a phisicall thing harming timelines, also It can just be considered hax and not really apply to ap... keep It high 3-A only
