My comment is going to be a bit long, actually. The Hyperversal tier is temporary (I don’t agree with this tier either). I’ll change it once the CRT is finished. By the way, I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but the scans from that blog are translated into English. If you want to use them on the blog later, I don’t mind.
Oh, and one more thing: Dona Morte would have the following abilities: Sealing, Dream Manipulation, and Summoning.
Dream Manipulation: because the monsters manipulate Mônica’s dreams in one story to lure her to a birthday party.
Summoning: she can summon the Spirit of Christmas or the Spirit of Carnival.
Sealing: she can seal a character in the “Phantom Zone” in a Superman parody.
Additionally, in the same story about Existential Erasure, Dona Morte displays a feat of immeasurable speed, as she travels back in time using her own speed while carrying Penadinho.
She would also have abilities tied to her ghostly nature, such as Elasticity (spirits can stretch their limbs; there’s even a story about this called O Fantasma de Borracha). She would also have Absorption, as ghosts can absorb other beings and physical materials to gain their abilities. For instance, Penadinho absorbed a firefly and gained the power of illumination, or absorbed water.
Moreover, Dona Morte would have Mastery of Disguises, as there are stories where she uses costumes or masks to disguise herself in order to take people’s lives.
Dona Morte can also hold her own soul and ignore it leaving her body (Soul Crush is ineffective).

idk why I wasn't getting notified about comments here so I will just say, the profile isn't bad but a lot of stuff that don't directly is show to be something he should scale too

just look at deus moluco for exemple, he don't scale directly to the main cast even trough they ffough directly thanks to the whole "they are actors" stuff as they getting hurt would be plot, anyway I wouldn't scale him to the main cast if we don't scale other cosmic beings, they need to at least show to have moved out of the comic into the real world to scale to the turminha(like Dona Morte) anyway, there is quite a lot of stuff to clean here but the most clear is the scaling to the turminha and the powers that aren't show directly to him having
also I think this is a good time to bring up that we should make a powers and habilities profile to the turminha phisiology

Wouldn't it be interesting to wait for the 2025 materials from MSP? This year, in the Graphic MSP series, they will release Chico Bento 3, Cebolinha 3, Penadinho 3, a Graphic MSP Mauricio de Sousa, Astronauta Integral 2, which will come with an unpublished story, and finally, Louco 2. Additionally, there's TMJ to follow, as they are promising a "Multiversal Saga".
