Is there any reason to assume Rimuru has it? Its also not on Souei's profile so might want to get that added. Its also specifically tied to Souei's OHK and other attacks shouldn't have it.
Due to bad luck, something or the other will happen to prevent Rimuru from getting close.

I don't see how this is relevant. Almost no character in fiction has this kind of ability. Luck isn't something basic like fire or poison so you can't assume he can copy/become immune to luck manip because he's done that for other abilities/hax.
It doesn't seem like he can attack her soul so she just switches bodies whenever she wants.

Just check Masayuki profile, despite rimuru not meeting him yet in that key, masayuki skills still are skills, and great sage (and others evolutions of great sage) can analyse skills.
