Molecule Man

Considering the new definition of omniverse for Marvel, and assuming the totality of it abides by String Theory, that is still a High 1-C to possibly Low 1-B feat, but that would require proper context.

Also, at the end of Secret Wars, we were shown that Molecule Man, Reed Richards, and Franklin Richards were recreating the multiverse quite slowly, one universe at a time, so it does not particularly make sense to start talking about "omniverses".

Omniverse can mean absolutely whatever.

It can mean a structure infinitely larger than the Multiverse, or composed of infinite Multiverses.

It can mean a structure infinite larter than the Megaverse, or composed of Infinite Megaverse.

It can mean the ultimate ensemble of every universe, multiverse, megaverse, realm, dimension, etc of the Verse.

It can mean all of fiction + Real Life.

And due to how ridiculously inconsistent the cosmology and definitions of Marvel Comics are, we have no way of judging Omniverse feats other than as "At least Infinitely above Multiverse feats". And even then that's problematic, as a Multiverse feat can be anything from 2-A to High 1-C, depending if they are defining it as simply infinite universes / timelines, or the totality of an M-Theory / String-Theory structure.

Al Ewing also seems to use the term as a synonym for multiverse, as he claims that the "omniverse" was destroyed during Secret Wars, even though only the multiverse was mentioned elsewhere.

And given the end of Secret Wars, the box was likely symbolic. They were recreating universes at a rather slow pace, one at a time. An infinite number would have taken infinite time.

No. Though the Multi-Abstract level Galactus stated that Molecule Man could kill him with a thought.

Did he still have the Beyonders' Powers?

Im not sure about that lol. But Gal was totally afraid there. And Order&Chaos couldn't overpowered him while they manage to kill LT somehow.
