It seems like the Nexus See and the Infinite Gateway refer to the same thing (at least based of the scans), in which case I think 5D is fine. Being between infinite parallel universes as the separation space while being significant in size is good enough for Low 1-C.

However, I disagree with 1-C (6-D), simply because being the Creator or being transcendent over all of creation does not imply being greater by an uncountably infinite degree. So he'll just be 5D (Low 1-C) for now.

The Manifestation of Laws would also be 5D as a result.

I will comment later on the 1-A part.

Nexus Sea and the Infinite Gateway are two different things.

The Nexus Sea is the primordial domain that connects all worlds, while the Infinite Gateaway is a way to suprass boundaries of universes in order to enter the multiverse.
