Not really, the 5-D Multiverse is also outside of space and time relative to the 4-D Earth dimension. The 6-D Urdak and Hell are also outside of space and time relative to the 5-D Multiverse so outside of space and time doesn't mean a realm is at the top of the hierarchy it simply means it is not bound by the space-time of the dimension below it.

It's not? It's only 5-D because it has an uncountable infinite number of 4-D structures, which would require a 5-D structure to be contained. Also I'm talking about what was said in the thread that upgraded the multiverse to 5-D.

Urdak is already outside of space and time, meaning that Hell can't be more out of Urdak's space and time. Both are being compared relative to the mortal multiverse rather than to themselves. As it was already established that Hell will eventually grow and destroy Urdak.

The key is that a higher dimension isn't just more outside of space and time. It is a quanitatively different reality that contains a greater number of dimensions. The 6-D realms (Hell and Urdak) are outside of space and time for the 5-D Multiverse because they are not contained within its dimensional structure. The 7-D Cosmic Realm is outside of space and time for the 6-D realms for the exact same reason.

It's stated to exist beyond hell itself, it's pretty much the same standard as Hell being beyond Urdak, Urdak is outside of space and time, Hell is beyond it but not dimensionally because it can't be more outside of it, and same thing with the Cosmic Realm to Hell.

Also not going to further argue this because:

So yeah, I disagree with the proposals anyways.
