Shiggy can't do shit. He can't touch Mob, he can't touch the ground and effect Mob that way, and he gets one shot to oblivion. And assuming this is ???% Mob being used, Shigeo ain't going to be holding back here, iirc.

The AP gap is unfortunate, the match up looks good on paper given they're both in the same tier and whatnot

Even ignoring all that TK stuff, Mob just has forcefields and can fly which basically results in a 0% chance of decay touching him even if Mob decided to just not attack for some reason. Plus Mob's passive absorption is going to neg some of Shigi's alternative attacks, passively make Mob faster and stronger, alongside all the other stuff ??? does via environmental stuff (making decay even harder to use as the terrain is working against it)
