Is it really Mid-Low? Mob twisted his neck several times and his entire body was nearly turned into a ball.

Low-Mid: The ability to regenerate lost limbs, and even from severe organ damage or destruction, including traditionally fatal wounds and disembowelment or horizontal bisection. For machines and vehicles, this would be regenerating minor parts and more extensive internal damage.
mid The ability to regenerate from decapitation or severe brain damage. For machines and vehicles, this would be regenerating from the destruction of critical parts, such as the engine.
His head wasn't destroyed or removed so it fits the definition of mid low better, while recovering from having your body crushed into a ball is impressive he'd need to lose his head/have it damaged in a severe way to gain mid

mid low is a range just like mid and mid high, they cover several different potency levels. mid covers decap to total destruction of the brain. That didn't happen to toichiro thus he has mid low all be it on the higher end.

Yeah that looks like low mid at the least, most of his organs and internal structure would be ruptured,constituting severe organ damage...

Yeah NPI needs to be added for Shimazaki. Every esper can exorcise spirits, it's on Teru's, Mob's, Toichiro's, Mogami's profiles etc. It's just straight up missing

And someone said it was an anime only feat, which there was a thread about that also. And the consensus was that it was ok to use the anime feats if they're the same as the web comic, just better visualized. And Mob Psycho's web comic and anime are almost 1:1.
