I have a doubt, in the mob vs mogami fight that was one of the best of this season the mob literally destroyed a reality created by the mogami that were inside the mind of the mob that was inside the mind of the girl, a world created inside another world so as legion son xavier teacher did, this would already give the mob the power to distort reality so shigeo could very well gain the ability to distort reality, not to mention that we see the white ???% form of it. Mob x Mogami keiji

I'm not exactly sure what you're suggesting, but I think you're saying Mob should have Reality Warping?

No. Even in the mental landscape Mob doesn't warp reality, he just applies his powers in ways he normally does in the real world. Explosions, TK, energy blasts, not warping reality.

Even then none of this happens in the real world so its dubious to claim he could do similar stuff outside of it.
