Mister Satan Vs Robert E. O. Speedwagon

Hmm satan seems to be the better martial artist at a glance, more experience, he also has guns and explosives as none of these were restricted so...Satan puts a bomb in the grocery bag and chucks it Robert, and proceeds to gun him down as the explosive goes off. As there doesn't seem to be anyone around he feels no compolsion to fight fair.
Stastically they seem to be close but robert doesn't seem to have his stamina listed, what level is it? Satan has him beat in lifting strength so I could see Satan manhandling him if it comes to cqc. Saying that this fight seems like it will be decided at range as both have ranged weapons, satan has more though giving him an edge in versatility. Edit: His weapons also have longer range to them.
Im voting satan for now but my expertise regarding robert is non existant so I may have missed something.
