There's also the fact that she put a shit ton of huge dents into a metal locker, so Misato's certainly above baseline with both that and the feat of fighting that soldier

This Joker's certainly experienced with the type of criminal acts that require some form of combat, though the Batman he's fought isn't nearly as skilled as even some of the weaker versions, so I'm still feeling Misato takes a skill edge here for her firearm training and impressive display against the JSSDF soldiers in their battle

If Joker manages to get up close, he does have some martial arts knowledge to his advantage, but Misato even then has a great LS so she wouldn't be helpless
