Permeation is the name of his quirk which allows him to become intangible. He can make different parts of his body intangible or tangible at the same time, and often uses that to confuse his opponents. He's mastered the use of his quirk to the point that using it creatively mid battle is second nature to him.

He also has a quick movement skill he uses where he goes full intangeble and sinks into the ground. He then goes full tangeble while under ground, and because this is a fun shonen manga, that results in him shooting out of the ground almost instantly in whatever direction his head is pointing.

Going for Jonathar mid to high difficulty via somewhat superior AP and Durability and Hamon versatility. Mirio will have a hard time causing severe damage and figuring out all of Jonathan's techniques, while Jonathan just needs an opportunity where Mirio is exposed.
