miraak most likely. he was basically equivalent to the dovahkiin so he should be capable of killing harkon. probably 7-8/10 for miraak.

I think Miraak wins for being smarter and more skilled at fighting than Lord Harkon.

Miraak wins via he said he was able to casually kill Alduin but just didnt feel like it, however Alduin would fodderize Harkon. And he knows Apocrypha better than Harkon and he has the 3 dragons to absorb for extra health, and since Harkon doesnt have the blood fountain to heal from hes at a disadvantage

Miraak didn't say anything about casually killing Alduin, he just said he would have killed him, period.

But then Miraak got defeated by Vahlok so the statement does seem like Miraak being overconfident of his abilities.

That being said Miraak directly powerscales to the Dragonborn due to Lore while Harkon powerscales because he was just a game boss (?) without much going for him on the lore department.

This is a definite victory for Miraak.

Yes, but during the game he just sounded so... casual... he was like: "oh, you beat alduin? cool bro, couldve done that but i didnt feel like it"

As i said Miraak almost died fighting Vahlok who was "just" a dragon priest who wouldn't be near as powerful as Alduin.

miraak lost to valok after butchering 21 dragons and fighting for several days. valok kept up with him so he wasn't "just" a dragon priest.

it said that when he fought Vahlok, he had killed dozens of dragons, revered, ancient, elder, and legendary most likely and fought for more than 5 days. All the dragon butchering probably slowed him down enough for Vahlok to defeat him. If he didnt do everything he did including the dragon killing he probably wouldve god stomped Vahlok. Just all the stamina and such that he spent trying to kill off dozens of really powerful dragons probably got him down enough to be killed by Vahlok

1.Revered, Ancient, Elder and Legendary dragons are a game thing, it's unknown wether the dragons he fought were high in the power hierarchy or simply "fodder" dragons.

2.Miraak was a dragonborn, for each dragon he killed he absorbed its soul and became more powerful which means he was in at least a decent shape when fighting Vahlok.So no he wouldn't have god stomped him.

in lore dragons are not fodder at all... miraak is meant to be your player characters equivalent. both in feats and power.

in the game you dont regen health when you absorb their soul, and theres its just speculation that miraak invoked what he did to regen health with kuzikrel and sahrotaar
