Minor Touhou Downgrade

Agree this downgrade make sense cuz if all Fairies strong as Cirno, Normal Human will can't go outside village they are few living things that will not 1 shot / attack Human on sight in Gensokyo

What about the lifting strength of the fodder fairies, Akyuu and Kosuzu? They can no longer be class 5 since they are not above Cirno

Their LS should be changed to unknown if there are no LS feats for them

It's a bit late for that. We would also need to re-tally votes.

I'm also certain that doing so would constitute manipulating votes. Better to take it to a different CRT.
 
Yeah you kinda have to go on the walls of staff members and beg them to vote for your CRT
