Two simple revisions this time

1. Kuroko Shirai should be upgraded to Street level AP (and the likely on her Durability removed), as she fought Tsurigane Saryou. It's also worth mentioning in her page some of the extra uses of her phone, such as the analysis capabilities or the blinding camera flash.

2. Gunha Sogiita should get Pseudo-Flight, due to his newly demonstraded ability of just walking in midair by kicking off the air in Astral Buddy chapter 19, here.

I don't think it's really necessary, Astral Buddy is a monthy manga so it's not like we might need to make another thread for him in a few days. If he does something new next chapter we can make another thread.
