Why high-low? Generic "healing over time" is typically considered lower afaik

Healing in FE is capable of healing stuff like impalement wounds as seen here. It's not said in the profiles but that's the reasoning for the High-Low regen in all the FE profiles.

We scale Renewal to High-Low, basically scaling it to staves
