Just a minor thread on RT-0001 allowing one lessen an attack potency and thus letting the user emerged from attack unscathed when they should take damage

As such, characters with RT-0001 should be granted Damage Reduction

In regards to the potency of this ability, it should be about 8 times the user’s statistics as Gen emerged unscathed from an attack that was a combination of eight of No. 9’s augmented projectiles that created one giant explosion (which has happen on the site), which when separated are powerful enough for No. 9 to be confident that it could shoot Gen dead
